The 230-unit hotel and apartment complex is part of a $1.5 million redevelopment project in the Beaverton area. On April 23, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Terpenne Hotel, the first of two new apartment complexes in Beaverton. An office building with an area of 5,000 square metres and a car park with 3,500 parking spaces are also planned in this area. Ashish Patel, of the Canterbury Hotel Group, said the target completion date was for late 2020 or early 2021, with the first phase of the arts centre in autumn 2019 and the second phase in early 2020.

If the stay is less than seven days, guests pay for the entire stay for one week. Guests paying the weekly rate will be charged for their stay at check-in and the credit card containing the reservation will be charged the stated rate. For stays of seven days, the guest must pay one week in advance, but for stays of more than five days or up to seven days, he must pay in advance.
