Beaverton Oregon Attractions

It is never surprising when someone says they plan to move to Beaverton (or any other nearby Portland suburb), but it is perhaps no surprise that Portland's culture is what makes it such a popular destination for tourists and locals. It's no wonder Beavertons has become a popular Oregon town, eager to share all that makes Oregon feel good, while welcoming residents and visitors alike!

The Beaverton Arts Commission offers exciting activities and unique programs throughout the year, including the Beaverton Arts Mix, which offers a wide variety of arts and crafts, music, dance and other activities for all ages.

Explore various waterways in the Portland area at various locations, including Jantzen Beach in Tualatin and Lake Oswego. Beaverton is also home to a number of great parks, including Oregon State Park and Beavertown Park. Both parks are connected by fountains where children can play in summer, and both have their own ground - flat parking and picnic areas. If you head to Eugene to visit the University of Oregon campus, you can visit the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, which houses the largest collection of contemporary art in Oregon, as well as a variety of other museums, galleries and galleries.

This walk runs from the east bank of the Willamette River to the OMSI and you can even connect a bridge that leads from Cook Park to Tualatin. One of my favorite trails for a bike ride is the Beaverton Trail, which starts in SW Portland and can be combined with other trails and bike rides when you drive from Beavertons, Oregon, to Tigard Oregon. Washington Park is close to other popular West Hills attractions, including the Oregon Museum of Natural History and Portland State University campus. Experience the beauty of Beaverston on a walk along the Columbia River Gorge Trail or a bike ride along the Hood River Trail.

re just visiting the city or considering moving to a new city in Oregon, appreciate the time you spend in this charming and busy place. You can always ask your friends and family in Beaverton, as well as local businesses and residents, to give you a little time and attention.

While I did not personally visit many of the off-the-trail attractions during my stay in Portland, I was able to reach many of the places included in my itinerary on foot or by public transportation, including the free Washington Park Shuttle. Downtown Portland is an attraction in itself, but if you're looking for something faster and lighter, consider this one of your best attractions in the city. It is located right in the historic center of Beaverton, Oregon, and is considered one of the best picnic spots in Portland. Cycle through the surrounding quiet neighbourhood streets or go to the shops, cafés and restaurants.

Central Beaverton is really a business district that includes a number of restaurants, shops, cafes, bars and a variety of shops and restaurants.

If you are in downtown Northwest Portland, take 15-30 minutes to browse the major sites just to get an idea of the size of the place.

Visit Cornelius Pass Roadhouse and Imbrie Hall to visit an authentic farm that also houses a brewery and distillery. At the northern end of the neighborhood, BridgePort Brewpub is a popular spot and claims to be Oregon's oldest craft brewery (an independent brewery has since retired). If you're in town on a Saturday, visit Portland's Saturday market, which takes place every Saturday (except January and February). Walk the northern blocks, visit the Portland Art Museum, walk the galleries, grab a pastry and walk the northern blocks, or visit the Vertigo Brewery and Taproom to sample a selection of Oregon microbrews in this authentic homestead. Great Notion Brewing, an American brewing company specializing in sour IPA, has been popping up in Portland since I left Portland and will be on my list of places I'll be visiting next time I'm out of town.

The Tualatin River runs about 80 miles from the Oregon coast to the Willamette River, and this prime stretch is accessible from Beaverton or Hillsboro. East Beavertons is home to many of the city's most popular restaurants and bars, as well as a number of breweries and restaurants. The office is in Portland, but the guide starts in Ashland and ends with many sights, food, activities or even life, so you can get there in a short 20-minute drive. Beaverton is located in the heart of downtown, making it a great place to shop, eat, shop and even live in downtown.
